FORMAT

  • Round 1: 24 players / 6 holes - Top 12 advance

  • Round 2: 12 players / 3 holes - Top 4 advance

  • Final: 4 players / 1 hole 

Notes:

  • Each round is a shotgun start.

  • NTP to resolve ties (on the cutline) in any round from the designated “Shootout” area

  • Scores are reset after each round.

  • If the Final is tied, then the Final is replayed.  If the Final is still not resolved after 2 attempts, then NTP is used to determine the champion from the Stadium Hole tee.

EVENT INFORMATION

Before play starts

  • Practice facilities will include the range as well as putting and chipping on the practice green.

  • Players to all meet on the stadium hole putting green at 4 pm.

On Course & Using the Blitz Golf App

  1. Play will be from the Blitz black tees for men, and white tees for women.

  2. All scoring is via the Blitz Golf App – please ensure scores are entered after each hole to ensure all other players and spectators know the status with respect to the cutline. Once the event starts from the LIVE tab on the Blitz Golf App you can toggle between the Scorecard view and Live Leaderboard view.

  3. On the Scorecard view you can select a button to contact the rules official if there is a requirement for them to meet you on course to adjudicate anything.

At the end of each Round

  1. Please confirm your scores or press dispute if there are any issues with your scorecard.

  2. After each round all players to return to the Stadium Hole meeting point to confirm scores and await instructions as to whether they are required for the NTP shootout, have advanced, or been eliminated.

General Information

  1. Rangefinders are permitted throughout the event.

  2. Preferred lies on fairways and below fairway height – so you can lift, clean, and replace up to 10cm away from landing spot but no closer to the hole.

  3. There are no restrictions on dress code.
