THE FORMAT

The unique format combines three progressively shorter rounds, with each cut more difficult to make, leading to the ultimate sudden death hole. A format where every shot matters.

All the drama revolves around a central stadium hole that is in play continuously with action throughout the event.

Blitz Golf takes just 3 hours, creating the ultimate event fitting well within spectator and broadcaster preferences.

The events feature professionals, celebrities and fans going head-to-head for a winner takes all purse.

EVENT TICKETING

We encourage guests to arrive early to avoid queues.

All ticket holders, please have your ticket ready to scan at the entrance. If you don’t have a ticket no problems, you can scan the Welcome Sign and our attendant will check you in.

VIP Experience

There is an express entry for VIP Experience and their guests. Upon showing your VIP Experience ticket at the gate, you will receive your VIP Experience Wristband. Please proceed to the clubhouse to access the VIP Experience area.

The VIP Experience will run from 30 minutes prior to the start of the event through to 30 minutes post event. The available drinks for this package to be consumed within the area. Any drinks purchased from public bars are not included in this package.

The dress code is smart casual.

CAR PARKING

  • Golf club main car park is reserved for players & volunteers. Available car parking exists on additional areas of the site.

  • Given the expected crowds, guests are encouraged to use ride share services or get dropped off at the venue.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  • Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18

  • By entering the event you take responsibility for your child, particularly around waterways and close to the golf action

  • No outside food or drink to be brought into the premises

  • Bags may be checked upon entry to ensure no outside food, drink, weapons or banned substances enter the venue

  • Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated

  • Your property, your responsibility- Please look after your belongings

  • For safety and comfort of all patrons, personal shade-structures including gazebos, tents, pop-up shelters, canopies or large umbrellas are not permitted. We encourage you to bring only chairs, picnic rugs or low-profile seating.

PLAYER INFO

Prize Money

  • Total Purse: £13,000 (VAT Inclusive)

  • Champion: £10,000

  • Finalists (2nd–4th): £1,000 per player

If any player regardless of status elects to not accept their prize they can donate to a charity of their choice.  Winnings are not distributed amongst other players.


Before play starts

  • Please proceed to the main entrance of the golf club. When you arrive on site you will met by a member of staff who will direct you to your parking area.

  • Once ready please head into the Pro Shop and the golf club can run through practice facilities that are available prior to the commencement of play.

  • Players to all meet next to the big screen 15 minutes prior to the event starting ready for player introductions.

On Course & Scoring

  1. Play will be from the Blitz lightning bolt tees for men, and black disc tees for women.

  2. All scoring is via the Blitz Golf App – please ensure scores are entered after each hole for your nominated player. A scoring official will be with each group and will check all scores are entered and correct before play starts on the following hole.

  3. At the completion of each round please check your scores and the person you are scoring for are correct within the App and inform the Scoring Official.

  4. Return to the Stadium Hole and await instructions as to whether you are required for the NTP shootout, have advanced, or been eliminated.

General Information

  1. Players can bring a caddie and have unrestricted access to film their own content during the event.

  2. Rangefinders are permitted throughout the event.

  3. Preferred lies on fairways and below fairway height – so you can lift, clean, and replace up to 10cm away from landing spot but no closer to the hole.

  4. Please let the scoring official for your group know if there is a requirement to adjudicate anything.

  5. There are no restrictions on dress code.

  • Blitz Golf is a fast-paced golf format where 24 players — professional golfers, celebrities and fan wildcards — compete across three elimination rounds. Round 1: 6 holes, 24 players. Round 2: 3 holes, 12 players. The Final: one sudden-death hole, 4 players. All the drama centres around a single stadium hole, and the entire event fits into 3 hours.

  • Each event features a mix of professional golfers, well-known celebrities and fan wildcard entries, all competing together for a winner-takes-all prize purse.

  • Gates open 90 minutes before the competition starts. The competitive play lasts 3 hours. Food trucks, entertainment and fan activations run throughout the day.

  • All tickets include entry, access to all fan activations, the Catalyst Golf Simulator challenge, live DJ and food trucks. The VIP Experience ticket also includes express entry and a dedicated drinks package in the clubhouse VIP area.

  • Yes. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) at all times, especially near waterways and close to the golf action.

  • Club parking is reserved for players and volunteers. Event-day parking details will be confirmed closer to the date — check back on this page for updates.
